VP of MARKETING

Working Hours/Shift Requirement: 8-5pm or 9-6PM CST

What You’ll Do:

Evolve a go-to-market strategy for Company that helps deliver our financial/business targets as we scale our footprint across the US.

Use cultural, customer, seasonal, product, brand/business insight to help inform marketing strategy/brief for annual marketing calendar/plans.

Evolve Company’s owned and paid media/social strategy as the brand scales, partner with head of comms to influence earned strategy.

Lead and scale Company’s shopper marketing programs.

Create brand partnerships, influencers, and community management strategies.

Manage media budget and KPIs on spend effectiveness/ROI.

Lead and develop a team of talented marketing professionals.

Help scale the overall marketing organization as Company scales.

Collaborate with creative agency, free-lancer and/or in-house creative talent to bring the brand stories, moments, and marketing to life.

Partner directly with the Director of Communications and Product Marketing team to bring our go-to-market strategy to life.

Experience in building and scaling consumer brands.

Fluency across many marketing disciplines, paid media, social, partnerships, influencers, community management, shopper marketing for an omni-channel business.

Entrepreneurial spirit that is proactive and scrappy

Team leadership (hiring, developing, managing)

Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills

Previous experience in a high-growth company preferred
