Responsibilities:

You are responsible for year-over-year growth, organically.

You are responsible for setting the strategic direction, budget and execution for all activities leading to the acquisition of new clients.

You are responsible for establishing and maintaining key relationships within the industry influencers and strategic partners.


Requirements:

Proven record of successfully increasing revenues.

Hands on and highly skilled in creating new business development opportunities, sales execution, team building and management.

Prior experience in building out sales processes to articulate complex solutions and win business.

Expertise in professional Digital Marketing and Lead Generation tactics.

Built and led Sales and Marketing teams prior to becoming a Chief Growth Officer or equivalent.

Understands the big picture, can set objectives (both industry and business specific) and gets buy-in from others.

Demonstrates Servant Leadership Skills and has previous team members willing to follow. 

Experience managing and proven success increasing Sales and Marketing efficiencies with increased profitability.

This role is remote; however, we need the candidate operating on EST only.
