DEPLOYMENT PROJECT COORDINATOR
LOCATION: Outside of the US
Role Description:
The project coordinator will coordinate the schedule, issues, and risks of the project. It’s their job to make sure the location tasks are assigned and that it runs smoothly and on time. This can include communicating with various departments in the organization and customers to make sure everyone is on the same page.
Responsibilities:
Total ownership of all location tasks (Logistics, technical qualification, resource assignment/scheduling, on-time response, deliverable collection, and closeout of all tasks)
Monitoring project progress and creating project status reports for project managers and stakeholders.
Scheduling stakeholder meetings and facilitating communication between the project manager and stakeholders throughout the project life cycle.
Managing project management documents such as the Project Delivery Instructions, issues tracker, and scope statement, as directed by the project manager.
Executing a variety of project management administrative tasks such as billing and reporting updates.
Support team members when implementing risk management strategies.
Education, Skills & Qualifications:
Working knowledge of project management software
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Excellent interpersonal skills
Excellent communication skills
Attention to detail
Technical knowledge of infrastructure services devices (Desktop/Laptop, Printers, Server, Network)
Flexible schedule in order to work different schedules based on customer workload
Experience:
Level 0 - Entry
1 year experience in project coordination or dispatching or remote technical field resources
Level 1 – Technical End User Computing
2 to 3 years experience in project coordination or dispatching or remote technical field resources
2+ years experience in working tech support roles supporting desktop/laptop and printers
Level 2 – Technical Network and Server
3 to 5 years experience in project coordination or dispatching or remote technical field resources
2+ years experience in working in tech support roles supporting network and server
Lead
5+ years experience in project coordination or dispatching or remote technical field resources
3+ years experience in working in tech support roles supporting Desktop/Laptop, Printers, Server, and Network devices
3+ years leading teams of at least 10 resources
