BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE III

Working Hours/Shift Requirement: 7-4pm / 8-5pm /9-6PM CST


The Business Development Representative III is an individual that evangelizes the company message to key prospects generating new Sales and/or Managed Services opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, outbound cold calls and emails-understanding customer needs and requirements. The BDR will route qualified opportunities to the appropriately assigned Services Sales Executive (SSE) for further development and closure. The BDR will pursue new clients, understand their needs and make effective marketing, sales and services pitches. The BDR III is responsible for delivering a positive customer experience using the Company sales model, Go to Market Strategy, and Sales prospecting methodologies to maximize revenue and margin generation. In this role, the BDR will be linked to a team of Services Sales Executives (SSE) and their respective teams. The BDR III will possess expert level understanding of sales techniques necessary to nurture prospects through a series of “touchpoints” to move them forward in the sales process. A BDR III will solicit and develop business while cultivating and developing relationships with key decision-makers. This will include calling potential clients; obtaining client business referrals and following up with leads as assigned.


Responsibilities:

Maintain a high level of daily activity, including end-user calls, partner calls, meetings, and proactive outreach (phone and email).

Connect with prospects and customer through 50+ contacts per day and marketing lead follow-ups.

Perform the full life cycle of Sales: Hunting and Prospecting, messaging, and evangelizing, and routing qualified opportunities to the Services Sales Executive(s).

Effectively articulate the Company services value proposition to prospects.

Build lasting relationships with prospects, end-users, and partners.

Engage with cross-functional resources, including field sales, senior leadership, marketing, and others to drive business into our account base.


Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.

Experience in related field.

Minimum 6 years’ experience in related field.

Knowledge of IT, business development activities.

Experience in Microsoft Office suite, Google suite, Salesforce.com, HubSpot.

Strong English language skills required · Strong written and oral communications skills.

Able to operate under pressure managing multiple opportunities and demanding clients.

Keeps appropriate people aware of plans, decisions, status, and other relevant information.

Adaptability - Ability to triage varied requests and opportunities based on client urgency.

Productivity - Ability to quickly react to requests and properly solution technical opportunities.

Practical critical thinker with the ability to problem-solve.
