STAFFING TEAM LEADER

The recruiting team lead oversees managing the recruitment team in our organization. The role generally involves leading, monitoring, controlling, and supervising team members to achieve the organizational goals regarding the area of recruitment. Day-to-day responsibilities may occasionally change based on current needs of the staffing department.


RECRUITING LEAD RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage the team's daily activity, KPI's, weekly and monthly goals.

Partner with manager to guide and ensure team attains goals.

Manage day-to-day responsibilities of their team recruiters including their time and performance.

Attract highly qualify candidates using diverse resources such as job boards, LinkedIn, Facebook and networking activities. This will be done both with the assistance of a lead generator/ sourcer or directly by the team lead.

Maintain personnel files including performance, schedule, attendance, time off, etc..

Report to team lead to ensure needs are being consistently met for the customer or program the lead is assigned to oversee.


REQUIREMENT

At least 1 year of recruiting/ staffing experience

At least 1 year of team lead or management experience

Excellent written and spoken English

Ability to use Microsoft Excel proficiently

Ability to work Monday-Friday 8am to 5pm central standard time
