PROCESS EXCELLENCE OFFICER

Description of role:

Dedicated project manager responsible for driving process improvements for multiple concurrent projects using Lean Six Sigma methodology. Responsible for facilitating training of Lean Six Sigma methodology and mentoring the training candidates to success.


Key Responsibilities:

Identify business process gaps and opportunities for LSS project execution

Expand projects with local scope to global scope whenever possible

Manage and execute improvements at Green Belt level aligning to strategy. Complete projects within 4 months with benefits in accordance to annual targets.

Deliver training plan, organize training projects with cross-functional teams. Mentor teams to complete projects within 4 months. Deliver to training and certification annual targets.


Required skills + qualities (technical):

Lean Six Sigma Green Belt

Project Management + experience leading projects

Advanced Analytical and Quantitative skills

Understanding of Call Centre Business (strategy, KPIs)

Advanced MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word

Training facilitation – adapting training to different levels and projects


Previous Education:

Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business, Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent combination of education or experience

Value add to the organization:

Dedicated support to the business to ensure that process improvement is deployed in all areas. 

Support the needs of business leaders on critical opportunities that might be ambiguous in nature or hard to assess with LSS methodology

Develop root cause identification and execution with a problem solving framework in all TI leaders.

Encourage project execution with or without training.

Advancing process excellence culture at all levels of the organization. Engage sponsors and mentors around the organization to support projects. Engage frontline for feedback in improving processes and tools.

Minimum Requirements for Internal Applicants:

Regular Employee of TELUS International Philippines.

At least a Baleen Score of 3.00 for 6 Consecutive Months (Not Average).

No forms of any disciplinary sanction for the past 12 Months.
