COLLECTIONS MANAGERS

Responsibilities:

ALL of our collections are B2B.   

They need to have knowledge managing speaking with business representatives not consumers. 

 Preferably managing a team of 2-3 collection agents.  Know how to pull a statement and reports from QB. 

Know how to read contracts for payment terms and charges.  Be aggressive to ensure we get paid within terms.  Self starter. 

IF no QB experience they need to train online and pass 

This cannot be their 2nd job.  It has to be their main job. 

Quickbooks proficiency is a MUST.  High volume of transactions.

IF NO QB EXP

We will use online QuickBooks training courses if you can’t identify anyone with QuickBooks experience.

We will hire people that are NOT QuickBooks experts as long as they take these trainings below prior to work. 

What we do in Albania is once we screen and hire an agent, they take this training on their own time.  Once they pass all training, they begin work and are paid.
