REQUIREMENT:

• •Atleast 3-5 years of work experience in finance/accounting managerial roles

• •A bacherlor's degree in finance/accounting

• •Have strong leadership

• •Proficient in financial management software

• •Excellent communication skills

• •Can work under pressure

• •Strong negotiation and communication skills with the ability to handle difficult conversations

• •Proficiency in using debt collection software and Microsofr Office Suite

• •Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

• •Empathetic and professional demeanor with a commitment to customer satisfaction
