Responsibilities may include managing a team of collection agents, implementing strategies to maximize collections while maintaining customer relationships, analyzing delinquent accounts, negotiating payment plans, and reporting on collection activities to management. Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills are often required for this role, along with a solid understanding of relevant regulations and compliance standards..
Job involves tasks such as answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, relaying messages, and providing information to callers. Verbal communication skills, organization, and professionalism are essential. This role may also entail coordinating meetings, managing correspondence, and assisting with administrative tasks as needed.
REQUIREMENT:
•Atleast 3-5 years of work experience in finance/accounting managerial roles
•A bacherlor's degree in finance/accounting
•Have strong leadership
•Proficient in financial management software
•Excellent communication skills
•Can work under pressure
REQUIREMENT:
Willing to work on site ( Juana 3 Binan Laguna )
Can Speak English fluently
REQUIREMENT:
•Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field
•Proven experience in Accounts Payable or in a similar role.
•Knowledge of accounting principles and practices
•Familiarity with relevant software applications ( e.g accounting software, Microsoft Excel .)
•Detail oriented and organized
•Attention to detail and accuracy in processing transactions.
REQURIREMENT:
•Proven experience in debt collection or financial services
•Strong negotiation and communication skills with the ability to handle difficult conversations
•Proficiency in using debt collection software and Microsofr Office Suite
•Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
•Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
•Empathetic and professional demeanor with a commitment to customer satisfaction
REQUIREMENT:
•Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or related field.
•Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or in as similar role
•Strong analyticsl and problem-solving skills
•Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing
•Excellent communication skills
•Can work under pressure
