BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE

As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you should be enthusiastic about learning the fundamentals of sales and generating qualified leads for our sales teams.

SEASONED AGENTS

They have got to have phone sales experience. 

They have got to pass the testing e.g. personality and all.  

We don’t need people to learn on us.  

We need experienced. 

Capable. 

Hungry. 

A type personality. 

Love to cold call and sell.  

They will make outbound sales calls. 

We will train them via online. 

This is a new division for us. 

Tremendous opportunity.  

Need perfect verbal English. 

Need experience selling over the phone.  

 What you’ll be doing:

Refining your knowledge of our Company, our portfolio of offerings and how to articulate our value proposition to prospective and current customers.

Leveraging prospecting techniques such as cold calling, emails, calendar invites, and social media to generate qualified leads and schedule discovery calls for members of our different sales teams.

Utilizing our sales engagement tools, our customer relationship management system, internal resources, as well as other tools for identifying and engaging prospects and customers.

Continue to receive recurring training regarding product and service offerings, technology, sales skills, and mock prospect and customer engagements to hone your understanding of our business, discover qualified selling opportunities and how to become a successful quota bearing sales representative should you choose that path.

Building relationships with and gaining a better understanding of how different parts of the organization work together to support both internal and external customers.

Continuing to develop strong organizational skills and managing your daily activities to achieve and exceed defined performance metrics.

Other duties and activities as assigned.

 What we’re looking for:

Successful completion of the 3-month Sales Development Associate Training Program.   

2 Years’ experience with Tele-Sales/Cold Calling.

Education: Bachelor’s degree required.
