BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT LEADER

Working Hours/Shift Requirement: 8-5pm or 9-6PM CST


Business Development Leader Overview:

As the Business Development Leader for Company, your role as an individual contributor is to hunt down new business within our ideal prospect profile. Your responsibility is to develop new business by producing leads through all forms of modern communication daily. You will monitor and measure all your communication activities inside of Company’s CRM. Your goal is to secure long-term master services agreements by presenting Company ‘s service offerings. The successful candidate is highly skilled in new business prospecting, expert at complex sales, knows how to create their own pipeline of new business opportunities, has a sense of urgency, exceptional listening, note taking, follow up/follow through to close long-term multi-million-dollar agreements.


Primary Responsibilities:

Prospect through all means of modern business communications daily, such as but not limited to phone calls, voicemails, emails, text, social media, shows, events, etc. directly

with key decision-makers (“C Level”, IT, Procurement, Security, ESG, CSR) within our ideal prospect profile focused on large organization.

Presenting Company’s value proposition through PowerPoints and Webinars.

Work all sales and marketing activities within our CRM to produce follow up/through

Determine, implement, and execute strategic sales plans, quotas, forecasts, and budgets

Develop and market service offerings positioning Company as the market leader in secure ITAD and life cycle services.

Measure, track & report against your annual, quarterly, and monthly sales performances goals.


Requirements:

Proven track record of high-performance sales.

Expertise presenting, with a formal presentation, a complex sale and making it look easy

Experienced at implementing strategic sales plans, quotas, forecasts, and budgets.

Extensive experience responding to RFPs and building proactive proposals to solicit new business.

Experience leveraging industry associations & clients for referrals, papers, articles, presentations, etc.
