SENIOR VP of CLIENT SERVICES

Working Hours/Shift Requirement: 7-4pm / 8-5pm CST


The Senior Vice President of Client Services (SVP) is one of the most senior roles in Company and works closely with the President and CEO. This position is essential to the strategic and long-term growth of the firm. The SVP position is responsible for the day -to- day oversight of the company’s existing portfolio of clients, providing strategy, executive leadership, and ensuring the highest level of service delivery to all clients. This cross-functional role oversees and ensures coordination of efforts across all firm disciplines, including strategy, Public Relations, Creative, Media, Production, digital and social media, etc. As a senior leader, the SVP is responsible for working closely with the President and CEO on its long-term growth and development strategy and having an active role in new business development.


The SVP of Client Service’s role includes but are not limited to the following:

Day-to-day leadership of the entire agency team

Direct management of leadership team to include three direct reports.

Executive Oversight and ensuring client work are executed on time, on-budget, and with a standard of excellence.

Serving as the most senior client-facing member of the team.

Maintain a regular presence within high-profile, high-revenue, and complex clients to support the account team members.

Resolving problems when they arise within client accounts.

Maintain an active dashboard of critical metrics and KPI’s tracking company performance, including large projects, billable hours, revenue implications, etc.

Working closely with the CEO to plan for and implement professional development plans for all team members.

Support and foster the company’s culture of diversity, inclusivity, hard work, excellence, and teamwork.

Active participation in and co-leading the firm’s ongoing internal strategy development.

Active participation in co-leading the firm’s ongoing process improvement efforts.

Lead quarterly evaluations for direct reports:

Actively involved in new business development, including identifying new opportunities, leading the proposal and pitch development through closing, and on-boarding new

clients.


Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess:

Ten years of professional experience

Five years of senior Leadership Experience

Previous agency experience

Fully embrace a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion.
